I got a call the other night from one of my oldest and dearest friends...I was so surprised to see her name on my caller I.D. I probably haven't talked to her in a year. Well, it was bad news...her grandmother has taken ill and will probably not make it...it's very sad. I have known Marie all my life. 41 years is a long time. Her and her late husband Papa Chuck have been great friends to my parents and family for so long, they are part of the family. I was lucky to have had her in my life.
